When my husband wants to sleep and puppy wants to play, this quiet toy really comes in handy. Pup and I can play fetch with it relatively quietly compared to her (preferred) squeaky toys. I have wet it and frozen it a few times and she chews and then abandons it leaving a mess on the floor. It's more useful for me as a play toy. For the price, totally worth it as one of many attempts to occupy puppy in positive play. Nice gift for someone who has gotten a puppy.
