I just bought this about a week ago. So far it has been a great product. It requires such a small drop of blood, which is very important since it can be a challenge to get sometimes. It is very easy to use. I did not give it 5 stars for 1 main reason. I cannot get the software to work on either my mac or my PC. I emailed the company and waiting for response. It would be really nice to use the software to keep track of everything. I also could not get the DVD to work on my mac. I did not try the PC. I watched it on a standard DVD player, and it played fine. It would also be nice if these meters used a standard USB cable. This means I must order from USA every time I need small supplies of small consumables for the Kit.If I had known this, I obviously would have purchased a Kit in Australia. |
